Hello. I wonder is it necessay to allow a user to create, delete or modify contractors in B&S application? Or the application only has to allow a user to book a record?

My specification doesn't say I have to allow these functions in the application. But it says that I have to implement DB interface which defines methods update, delete and create.

Can anyone clarify this? Thank you!

no, you need not expose the functionality through your user interface.
But do implement it on the database layer (and of course test rigorously).

Thank you. I tried to implement these functions allowing a user create, delete and update entities. But it turned out to be quite complicated. I faced some problems I didn't expected. But as I don't need to implement this functionality everything seems great to me . Thanks for your answer, Jeroen.
