Just downloaded my assignment. Reading.

Find problem - I cant implement DB interface (in case I should follow comments in given code):



So comment said "Returns an array where each element is a record value".

What is this shit about!?

"field value" - I understand that but not "record value".

May be misspelling.

Who has same issue?

And where is f@king Javadoc for the interface (just simple comments provided).

So I must provide Javadoc, but Sun doesn't like follow same style in assignment.

  • Each element of the array returned by the "read" method is a field value of the record. For e.g., first element of the array is Name of the record, the second element is Location, etc.
  • Javadoc style comments should be provided for any interfaces, classes, enums, and annotation types and their (public) fields/methods, etc. In DB interface also, you'll have to modify comments to be Javadoc style.
  • Note SCJD exam attempts to emulate real project. So often, the SCJD exam requirements instructions are not thorough and sometimes confusing. And you have to make the appropriate decisions to proceed.

    Everybody who has passed SCJD has faced the same issues. It is intentional that we have to bang our heads against the wall.

    and there's no use at all to start swearing and cussing, if anything it's counterproductive as it makes people far less likely to help you.
