My scjda-srxxxxxxx.jar structure :

Meta-inf folder was generated automatically by "jar cvf scjda~~.jar ."

Is this correct ?

But, if uses "jar cvfM option , META-INF folder is not generated.

Which one is corect ?

Yes, this is very very very natural and healthy thing.
I have submitted my jar file in the very same structure you mentioned,
but did not get an automatic failure.

The executable JAR containing the programs. This must be called runme.jar

my assignment says file name should be runme.jar

java -jar <runme.jar> [alone|server|client]
