How to make a 'Help' content

This is not for the exam but I figure that a number of SCJD takers would know this. Please, how do I create a user help of an application that can be accessed from the application via the 'Help' menu?

You could use this, to build a help system for your application :
http://java.sun.com/products/javahelp/
Of course, you can't use it in your SCJD assignment, because it's not
part of the J2SE platform.
