Hello,
I would to know if it's allowed to use the JODA API to manipulate time, besides Date or Gregorian and stuff?

Check your spec. Mine says:
"The final program must have no dependencies on any libraries other than those of the
Java
2 Platform."
If yours says the same, then you can't.
