Please use meaningful subject lines

It can be difficult to tell one message from another when they all have identical (and uninformative) subject lines. "Correct me!!!" tells everyone absolutely nothing about what the subject really is, other than that someone seems to think it's urgent. (It also looks annoyingly like "I want a reply dammit!" when there are all those exclamation points.) If this last set of posts had had subject lines like "stopping a Thread", "Declaring a class (use braces?)", "Garbage collection (yet again)" etc., then it would help a lot. Everyone, please think carefully about how you can make your postings clear, even (especially) in the subject lines. Thanks,
- Jim
