Hello Everbody,
Can any one suggest me the best book to start Java Programming. I have the book from R&h but it's not for the beginners. My goal is to clear the certification exam but for that I need to learn the basci concept & fundamentals of Java programming.
I would really appreciate if some one can help me.
Thanks in Advance
Ketu

As far as I know for beginners and all levels
THINKING IN JAVA - BY BRUCE ECKEL would be good.
Which is freely available online.

Check out the book reviews at www.javaranch.com/books.html - look for "Just Java"
