Yesterday I passed Java2 Programmer scoring 93%.Exam was much like mock exams (eg.Marcus) only much less ambiguous.
A good strategy I found useful was to anticipate what is expected from the question by looking at the answers.A few things/tips I got questions on:
1) No ctr inheritance
2) Grid bag Layout (1)
3) Event handling (4)
4) Ranges of primitive types
5) static/non static issues
6) Class casting in a object hierarchy
7) IO Streams (2)

Congratulations, and thanks for the tips.
BTW, Is there any questions about AWT components or
swing components?

Yes,regarding AWT Components there were a quite a few questions which dealt with listeners ,what argument type a listener method expects(for eg. keyPressed ), regarding getId() of event, and things like which components can be added to a particular container and what access modifier(s)/return type(s) are possible for event methods. (Be sure to get the hierarchy for menu and "ordinary" components clear!)
