In the exam, if there are fill in questions that ask for literals, should I enclose them in quotes as in 'quote'??

No quotes. Even for questions that end like "enter the resulting String in the text field..."

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
