Hi,
I cleared the exam yesterday with 86%. I owe a lot of my sucess to this site. I've been visiting this site since a couple of weeks. Got a lot of motivation and inspiration from the high scores people get here. Always wanted to be one among the 90's but i'm happy with my score :-)
I'm a beginner in Java. I read RHE and Last minute tutorial by Marcuse Green. Did a lot of mock exams. Sometimes the scores we get in mock exams are pretty depressing ,but don't worry at all. Because with each mock we learn a lot and the scores get better each time. The real exams resembles Marcus green's exams and Boone's exam. The user interface is similar to Jsecure. It's worth buying.
I don't remember exactly as to how many questions came from each section. But the exam was pretty straight forward. There were no tricky questions. But we have to read each question very carefully. (Take time as long as you want. There will be plenty of time). We have to be particularly carefull as to where the emphasis is being made (like "might" "must" "any"). I got a couple of questions which were not clear. (which i think i got wrong :-))
I got 1 GridBAgConstaints.
3-4 THread
3-4 I/0
2-3 Exceptions
A lot on overloading, overriding, casting etc
I did not get any on Media Tracker, Socket.
Thanks a lot everybody.
All the best for future aspirants.
Priya.
