Hi everyone! I passes the SCJP with 92%.
It was easy. I however regret missing out those 8%.
Thanks RHE(Robert & Hellers Book), Marcus(, JavaRanch, Bill's site( I took help from anywhere and everywhere. The exam simulation JSecure( also helped. Its got a similar look and feel of the real exam.
Most of the questions were similar to the RHE book and simulation.
Marcus sometimes I wonder why you carry out this work so selflessly.
Thanks once again.
ps: Could anyone give a list of Developer Exam resources.

Dear Richard,
I am also preparing for SCJP. I have accumlated many books
including RHE,Cram,Boone almost every publication.
i have also appeared for different mock test. the result
is not very satisfactory. it appears from ur message that
RHE suffices every need. but i am confused by the variety
of questions and approaches followed by different books.
pl.advise if RHE suffices all that now onwards i can
concentrate on this only.

Praveen, RHE is sufficient. Do it with your heart and you need not touch any other book. That's a guarantee.

Congrats on your score! I too, have a similar question to the one above re: RHE. If RHE covers all you need to know, why do so many of the other practice exams seem be so unlike the RHE exam?
I agree. Here's the link:
