i need advice on the complexity of questions (regarding AWT, collections, etc.) in the exam. are they mainly code analysis questions or otherwise?
would appreciate any help

Generally speaking, the various mock exams are pretty good at representing the mix on the real exam. There will be some questions with code, of course. The most complex thing I saw was a bunch of nested if - else constructs where you have to "play computer" very carefully to predict what happens.
