sylvanprometric site buggy?

I've got my Sun exam voucher, but the prometric sites's test center locator feature seems buggy -- it seems to always error with some database-related error-message. So, I don't know yet just where (in NYC) I can take the exam.
And the register on-link link points to a directory-listing that lets you see the site's "WebTrends" stats.
I want to take the exam at the end of this month.
Currently, I'm on hold, having first called the center's 800 number, which was busy. So, I'm on hold -- now for about 15 minutes, calling Colorado(?) from NYC, NOT toll-free.
I didn't think it would be so difficult and time-consuming to just register for the exam.
Anyone out there know anything about this process that I ought to know?

The process is straight forward and takes less than a minute if you know the voucher number and test center. I got hold of them in 5mins. Try after 2-3 hrs.... Looks like thier web site is also slow today...

Yest when I called up Prometric I was told that their systems were down, and I was asked to call up later. When I tried today again it was engaged for a long time and finally when I got the no. ringing I had to wait for approx 30 mins bef I could get someone on the line.
I think this is because of some prob that they were experiencing yest. I have called them up before and always got prompt response. Their no. is 1 800 795 EXAM , prob u would have tried this. So do try again and best of luck.

call up again and they are busy, it took me about 30 minutes to get through, be patient and you can get your schedule settled.

keep trying the toll free #s regularly, say every2-5 mins. It worked for me. Sylvan servers were down on Aug 28 and I was turned back from the exam center. 2test.com was down till yesterday..dunno about today.
