I have a doubt. For questions with multiple choice, are you given any credit if you get partial list Correctly?? Obviously I am refering to the actual SCJP Exam.

No.You get no credit for partially correct answers.Even if you get one answer wrong or miss a right answer,the whole answer is marekd wrong.
