Hi, Today, I passed SCJP Exam with 77%, thats 46/59. Thats a great feeling of relief and excitment. Though I scored badly in Threads, rest of the areas were over 80%. Guess not a bad score. About the exam, it was'nt bad. As all of the pple who earlier took the exam said, most of the Questions had codes. Threads were definetly the toughest, with 2 Questions with 30 lines of code. Most of them were 8-12 lines. As for the distribution of the Q's, 4-5 on I/O 7-8 on Fundamentals (Arrays, loops & Intialization) 3-4 Object/Castings 2 - Overloading/Overriding 5-6 Utils, Lang I finished the exam in 65 mins and had 25 mins to go through the Answers. So I believe there is no problem with time. Its just a matter of Concentration in applying what you have learnt. Dont miss the sample Q's given by Sun, on their website. Thanks all of u. In threads, it was about synchronization and about starting/stopping threads. And for I/O, I suggest concentrate on the constructors.
