Hi! I'm new to SCJ2P. I want to know that is it possible to take the exam in my home. Why do i need a testing center? Regards Danish

no dear it is not possible to take your exam at home, there are other certifications that you can take online anywhere , but not this one.

May be they want to make sure you don't keep a SCJP book next to you when you take the test !! Ajith

forget abt SCJP book. Anyone else ( Java guru ) can give the test on ur behalf if u give the test at ur home. So u need to give the test at Prometric centre only
