Unless you want your mailbox to get flooded with a zillion emails every day( and get a warning message from the host that you will lose your account ), you should post the shared access information here under this thread. AJITH, yes, you are right about the flooding problem. even granting user priveleges to a huge folloinwing may consume a large amt of time. so i think, i will dump the notes in an open virtual drive account, and release the login and password on the ranch. i request a few days for the same chetan
