If you took the new exam - junk mail pre-question

On the new exam (after October 4th), the second question (still before you get into the actual test) had checkboxes where you could indicate if you wanted to receive mail and offers from Sun (first option), and/or mail and offers from Sun's partners (second option).
I didn't want either (I get enough junk mail as it is!), so I unchecked both, but the exam wouldn't let me continue until I had at least one checked. I tried everything short of putting a fist through the monitor, to no avail.
Did anyone else notice this? Or did I just read the question wrong? I'm going to complain to SunEd, but I want some confirmation first.
