Hi,
I am an engineering student from Chennai (formerly Madras) in South India.
I am keen on becoming a Java Certified Programmer and have some ideas about how to go about it.
I have a very rough idea about java language and have written some code in it. I also am also knowledgable in C++ and therefore have a good idea about OOP concepts.
I have started reading the book Thinking In Java (Second edition) available online from www.bruceeckel.com.
So, to get my JCP certification should i continue reading the above book ( or do you suggest a better one?) or should i directly plunge into some JCP preparation book?
Thanks
