Hi Folks!
Any Veterans since Oct 4th. Or any news on how to conduct now for the exam, since I hear its pretty tough. In fact the Suned guy who signed me up for the Voucher was either pretty cynical or amazed that I would be appearing for SCJP without any experience or going through any Sun approved Training.
Any Comments...
Love u all.

hi amond
i actually did find the exam a bit tougher but the score was pretty ok after all ..
However i feel there must me a change in the aproach towards the exam as there are a lot more code questions in the New pattern and the best way to prepare is to try out all codes yourself .
Try out all the mocks anyhow but do not get carried away with the scores even if they are over the 90's range.
Som things id like to tell you
1> Concentrate a lot on understandin Thread concepts.
2> Garbage collection too may stump you as i found the questions a bit ambiguous
3> Go through the JLS site and that i think will help you make a difference of at least 10%in your scores in the final exam.
4> Be very thorough with the Streams and their constructors.
Right then
all the best for your exam

Hai Amond !
don't worry about not having any experience ,even i too didn't
had any prior experience before passing the exam and i'm glad to
say that i scored 80%!
well as far as the exam is concerned,in my opinion all these
mock papers are of old exam pattern(Except few...like Abhilash website)
but still these papers help you in testing your concepts
and at the same time improves your approach in solving a problem
therefore i suggest you to write as many mocks as possible
irrespective of your marks in those test
all the best...
bye!
