All interface methods are implicitly public.
Thus, any class that implements the interface will have to declare public accessibility.
Any other access modifier will imply
restricting the accessibility which is not permitted.
[Remember -
not specifying a modifier results in
default accessibilty, which is also more restrictive than public.
