Cancellation of SCJP Paper

I was supposed to give paper on 15/5/2000,but on 14 the center i supposed to give paper told me that test paper is not available as they were not able to download the paper.
they says sever of prometic is not working properly.
now nwxt date available r 20 june.and its too late
is this write ,that server can be held down.
i am in state of cunfusion

Just take your coupon from the centre and give your exam on some other authorised centre which has a favourable slot for you.

Go to some other center yaar.If taking a paper at INT LAKSMI NAGAR then go to South Ex, if in delhi.
