I just scored 72% in a Roberts exam on my PC. I would gladly appreciate it if anyone (i.e. especially those new SCJP's)can give me a fair assesment of the Roberts questions vs the actual Sun Exams. I have only seen Marcus Greene exams and JQ exams compared to the sun exam. Gee thanks.
Hi Jay, RHE bonus mock exams are also considered to be good one and compared to Sun's exam. Could you please send an email to me at firstname.lastname@example.org, I don't have. Thanks in advance. V.Srinivasan
Jay I've also go the RHE book, but haven't tryed any of the exams in it yet. The couple of posts I've seen on thme are that they are fairly easy. Now I will say the questions at the end of each chapter have been fairly easy but I don't know about the actual exams themselves. I would think that they wouldn't be too much easier than the actual, seeing as how they helped design the actual. Patricia, go here... http://enthuware.com/jqplus/ V Srinivasan If you want the questions you should go out and buy the book. The authors put a lot of work and effort into it and getting them for free is the equivalent of stealing. Think about how you'd feel if you wrote a great piece of code and sold a few copies but then everyone that bought it gave it away - you wouldn't make any money. Dave
>I have only seen Marcus Greene exams and JQ exams compared to the sun exam. On this page: http://www.jdiscuss.com/index.jsp?tab=scjp&option=VAR You'll find side by side comparison with JavaRanch Rules round up and JTips as well. The site supports comparision between any mock exam and scjp2. Go to Free Mock exams page (http://www.jdiscuss.com/index.jsp?tab=scjp ) and then click on any mock exam. You'll find "View Score Comparison" link for that mock exam. They are all empty though So when you pass the exam, you could post your scores
