this question is from mock javacaps ceritification is it true or false dialog box is pop up window ? answer is yes. but i think it should be false as dailog box has not any relation with pop up window. please confirm and correct if wrong sunil

Dialog Box is indeed a pop-up window. Quote from Bruce Eckel's Thinking in Java: "A Dialog Box is a window which pops out of another window. Its purpose is to deal with some specific issues without cluttering the original window with those details." Hope it clears ur doubt
