How to merge separate Web Start installations?

Hi,
My application uses many dictionaries which are all in different separate directories.
Since a user might not want to use all of those dictionaries, I want to install the application, and each of the dictionaries separately using Web Start.
I made some trials, but could not succeed.
What should I do in such a case?
