How to call Web Start app from Web Start app?

Here is the issue...
I've created an Eclipse RCP & managed to launch it via web start.
But the RCP application needs the workspace to be set up before it is launched.

I have decided to have a JNLP file which downloads & sets up the workbench on the client & once done, calls the main RCP JNLP file.

If you are still with me, any advice on how to do this?
Also, is this the right way to go about or am I completely missing something?
