Web start problem

Hi all,
I have an application that i made jnlp. When i want to launch the app via web start i get no error but it displays nothing.
Why can it be?
My jnlp file is:

Did you configure Mime type in your server??

Yes, but my problem was because of unsigned jars

Now i have another problem
I want to change the systray icon of the webstart. How to do this?
I heard that webstart does not support .ico files.
What should i do in order to change the icon in system tray?
