Can anyone recommend a profiler?

Hi,
I am looking for a profiler to monitor performance of my Java system which is an engine sitting on the server side. I found several profilers but am not sure which one is more preferrable/suitable.
Thanks in advance!

The people who work near me say JProbe is the best one they've used - although it's a bit of a memory hog. I'm afraid I've very little experience myself with it.
