I guess there were no takers, John. Certainly Steffy, there are many many examples in my book with coding, design issues, and lots of measurements of how thecode performs, how it can be improved, etc. I covered every aspect of performance tuning that I could reasonably include: procedures, techniques, analysis, coding, design, ...
