Query Result Caching

I am facing an issue of query results caching.

I am firing a query from my application on database, i get the results;
then I explicitly delete data from database.
When I again fire the query from my application i get the same results.

If I fire query on some other table and again fire the 1st query.
Then in that case I get latest data from database.

How can I disable this results caching.

Thanks in advance.
