Garbage Collection Tuning- Help!

It seems that the GC is reclaiming about 100MB but unloading classes
You need to see what kind of objects are living in Young, Tenured and Perm

One thing which you can try is to download Auptyma's JAM and use it to take heap snapshots before and after the GC runs. It will tell you the type of garbage being generated and the amount of space used in Young, Tenured and Perm. It'll also tell you the different roots these objects are reachable from. Feel free to contact me if you need assistance with the tool to analyze your problem.

Thanks. It was RMI Full GC... you can increase the RMI GC interval to 1 hour and that solves the problem!
