Portlets Using JetSpeed

I want to create a Portlal using JSP portlet using JetSpeed.
I never workrd on it,
I am trying to learn but no able to understand,
Can any one give me small simple Example with dployment and -------
I will be very thank full to you,
I am stucked here not able to do any thing, My Boss is asking me every day for my Progress please help me.

best place to start is the JetSpeed "Getting Started" documentation.

Once you get it installed and running, check out their Jetspeed Simple Portlet Guide.
