Read portal specification(aka jsr 168). It will definitely help your interview cause

Next time before asking this question, use a search engine like Google and enter 'xxx interview question'.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
