Reg_Websphere portal server 5.0 Admin userid and pass permission

Hi all

I am ramprasath working in portal �.in our company we are using WebSphere portal server 5.0�

While I am login (admin user id and password)to the portal page I am getting the following error

APPR0012E: The Properties page has been launched with no context information

and also administration link has not been displayed ,


i suspect its related to permission

Can any one explain how to configure the admin user id and pass word for needed permission in the installation path(Config files in portal installation file )

Please help me how to rectify it. send your suggestion
