Any one who knows Netbeans:Portal cration made easy

Hello everyone

i am pretty new to portlets and would like to need some help from you guyz...
i actually downloaded netbeans IDE5.5 and I am working on the few examples if any one could help me finding some important material regarding I could only get the following link

i couldnt work out with the sample examples

can any one help me in this matter ......or could help me in getting any easy way of creating portlets by other means

How glued are you to netbeans?

I have a few tutorials on creating portlets using IRAD or even the Eclipse Lomboz/JetSpeed-2 environment.
