Hi,
Can anybody please guide me on how to go about preparing for this Exam. I could not trace out any concrete reference material for the objectives specified.
Please help.

Go over the JSR168 API - that's where the focus is.
Know how to configure a portlet service, and when it's appropriate to use one.
Know a little about wiring of a C2A portlet for an extra point or two.
I have some sample exams for IBM test 829 and IBM Exam 399 for WebSphere Portal Server. Check them out through my signature links. They'll give you a really good idea of the difficulty.
