html:checkbox in portlets data not submtting to formbean

Hi i am using struts 1.1 with the liferay portlets

i m submitting the data to the server, all the data is submitted to form-bean except the data of html:checkbox.

in normal struts application the data is submitting no problem.

only when i am using the portlets and struts i m getting the problem.
