I've seen a few posts on here about how to deploy a portlet to Jetspeed2, which is very easy.
How does one REMOVE, or undeploy a portlet from Jetspeed2?

Found the answer myself.
There are two Jetspeed Admin portlets which govern portlet usage and deployment. When logged in as ADMIN in the demo installation, you can add them to a page, and use them to undeploy and even delete portlets. I think together the two portlets comprise what's referred to as the PALM (portlet application lifecycle manager) environment.
