How one can dis-allow resizing of portlets

I've a requirement wherein i want to disallow the portlets to resized ... ie not to allow users either to maximize or minimize it. Also, there will be a title for the portlet that will be displayed at the left corner of the protlet window. I don't want that as well.

How can i achieve the above in jetspeed portal?

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thank you.

The best way to do this is to not use a portlet and instead, use a JSP/Servlet combination.

Basically, you won't be able to do this. The closest I guess you could get is to hard code something into the skin or theme, and have only that skin or theme apply to the portlet, but that would be a major hack, and really go against the idea of the portlet.

Why is this required? Is there no flexibility? Does everyone in your company have exactly the same size monitor, and every time they look at a web page, the browser is maximized? If that's the case, I guess this requirement makes sense.
