Connecting to a script

I am trying to connect to a server script through various means using URLs. The first example comes out to be encoded as:
<A HREF="http://www.somesite.com/file.dll?var1=value1&var2=value2" TARGET=_blank rel="nofollow">http://www.somesite.com/file.dll?var1=value1&var2=value2</A>
for this form.
form action="http://www.somesite.com/file.dll" method=post INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="var1" value="value1" INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="var2" value="value2" /form
The problem I have is the form below. How would I add the value of someScript to my request? Would I add it to the header, what value would I use?
form action="http://www.somesite.com/file.dll?someScript" method=post INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="var1" value="value1" INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="var2" value="value2" /form
Thanks for your help.
