I am wanting to see if anyone here has designed a textField that will accept only integers in the format of an IP Address (including the separating dots) or one for binary data that includes spaces for separating the fields (i.e. 0000 0000 0000 0000). I have not yet started extending JTextFields in this way and am not sure who/where to ask this question here.
Thanks...

This is not an appropriate post for the "Cattle Drive (java college)" forum, so I've moved it to "Sockets and Internet Protocols"
Good luck
