503s - the old usage limit was still in place, despite the new hardware, so getting some 503's this morning is not suprising (in retrospect). The limit has now been raised. However this is a very inexact science at the moment; we only learn appropriate limites throug trial and error. So we may occasionally see more 503's as we experiment to find the best settings, but we should be able to make them go away pretty easily.
Two minutes downtime - I think our DNS entry changed, or something like that. I experienced several hours of "downtime" until I disconnected and reconnected to my ISP; then all was well. Others may have had similar experiences.
