I need to connect remote unix box to read the files using
and by using ssh way. Please help me in this regard

The first step will be to determine which processes on the Unix box you are allowed to use. Another good question for your Unix administrator will be the security protecting those files.
If you are lucky you will be able to use a well established process like FTP. A google search for "java ftp client" gets lots of options.

There is no SSH support in the native Java libraries, but plenty of packages out there. Google found this
