Hi All
I am totally new to RMI. I have the following question about running RMI on a single machine.
Do I need a webserver running on the system in order to try the RMI samples/tryouts I have ? I am following the RMI tutorial on the Sun website. I think I am missing something serious here.
Please help.

No you do not need a web server. All you need is an RMI server which comes with the Java download.
