Servlet communicates to RMI Server

I am trying to communicate RMI server on a different machine through a Servlet running under Apache/Jserv as the RMI Client.
The java.policy file on both side at properly set with the neccessary permissions. But still the client gives the error : ClassNotFoundException:ServerImpl_Stub while trying to connect to the RMI Server. Now how can I set the java.rmi.server.codebase property via. servlet and how to set the SecurityManager for RMIClassLoader ???
Can anyone help in solving this problem ASAP.
