Sun does not test you on the deprecated methods. Other than that threads are prety heavily tested (at least lately they have been) expect 6 to 8 questions on them. You'll need to know almost everything about them:
how to create them from a thread object and from a runnable object, how to start them what methods do what and alot of synchronization is tested too. So you'll need a good grasp of wait, notify and notifyAll.
General methods that you'll need to know are sleep, join, run, start, and yield.
hope that helps
