Hi I have a RMI app running but now I want to know how implement my client.class on a Applet.
here is the code of my FlightCliente.class:

import java.rmi.*;
import java.util.Vector;

public class FlightClient {
public static void main (String args[]) {
if (args.length == 0) {
System.out.println("\nUsage: java "+" FlightClient flightNo");
try {
if (System.getSecurityManager() == null) {
System.setSecurityManager(new RMISecurityManager());
FlightServer myServer = (FlightServer)

// Serachs For the arrival info only
String arrival = myServer.getArrivalTime(args[0]);
System.out.println("Arrival time of " + args[0] +
" is " + arrival);
} catch (NotBoundException nbe) {
} catch ( mfue) {
} catch (RemoteException re) {

On my applet there is a TextField in which i going to get the flight number, a label which display the information, and a button for submit the flight number.

Thank So much.

What part of making your client into an applet are you having a problem with?

Do you need help with how to write an applet? Here's Sun's Applet tutorial and a useful part of the Java Tutorial called Anatomy of an Applet.

Do you need help with getting RMI to work with an applet? Sun's Getting Started with RMI has an applet example, and here's another applet RMI example from someone at FSU.
