Please suggest some good book,link on threading. I want some descriptive where the workflow is discussed.Because I feel in case of thread knowing the execution order will be helpfull for me.

Threading in RMI (each client remote call is in it's own thread, etc.) or threading in general (which would be a better question for the 'Threads and Synchronization' forum)?
