queued message recovery in JMS server clustering

Hi,

If we deploy multiple JMS servers in a cluster and if one of the server instances crashes BEFORE ALL the queued messages in some Topic/Queue are consumed, can those remaining messages still be consumed possibly from another server instance?

In other words,do the JMS nodes in a cluster share the message queue?

I think the answer would depend on what server are you using and what is the type of queue/topics that you are using.

This article explains the concept of distributed destinations in weblogic.
