Wierd DataTable Problem

I have a datatable which has 3 columns - one selectonemenu and 2 inputtexts.

The selectonemenu has a onchange=submit()

Here is the problem. When I change the value in the drop down the form gets sumitted, but the values keyed into of the inputtexts are lost. It seems like they have been not submitted at all. Other inputtexts outside the datatable are submmited without any problems.

The backing bean is in session scope

Please help!!!
